Hi Everyone,

Here with another roundup of small-but-mighty updates to Shopdesk POS! We know that sometimes, it’s the tiniest steps in your daily workflow that feel like the biggest difference in a smoothly run day. That’s why our engineering team is working behind the scenes to resolve most common bugs, and instate popular requests that surprise-and-delight or simply help you get your work done easier – one ticket at a time.

Please find below our updates for March 2024:

1. [New Feature ⭐] Invoice to be sent to customer via Email in PDF format:
   

   Shopdesk is now one of the only POS systems in the Region that has the ability to automatically email the Invoice generated after every Register sale to the customer, Provided the customers email is added.
   This feature is on a trial basis right now, for our clients to test and see if they like it, in the coming near future, this enhancement is going to be charged on a location / monthly basis.

2. [New Feature ⭐] New products that are created on SD will now be created on Shopify as-well (Draft mode):
   
   Products that are now created on Shopdesk POS will now automatically be created on Shopify (In draft mode), with all the product specifications, such as variations, pricing, SKU & etc, provided that the Store is E-commerce connected & the configuration is enabled.

3. [New Enhancment 🚀] OE shopdesk connection to be provided on Front End:
   
   In order to facilitate our clients and make their lives easier, we now have the ability to enable OMS connection with SD from our Setup itself.
   
   One can also enable / disable different Syncs, such as inventory, Pricing, Returns & Product creation on Shopify.

4. [New Enhancement 🚀] Barcode enhancements:
   
   We came, We saw & Then We conquered.
   
   Shopdesk now has the most versatile Barcode template creation and ability in the market.
   You can identify the label size, width & height.
   
   Based on this we can generate all sorts of barcodes. The “word” here is Limitless 😉 .
