New Features

 

 

  • ShopDesk is going to be integrated with the Shopcast

ShopDesk's users will be able to use the Shopcast feature as well on the sell page of the ShopDesk.

There will be a product recommendation section in which users can see recommended products on the register screen. Features are deployed to the stage and they will be live soon.

 

  • ShopDesk is going to be integrated with the Loyalty Management System

ShopDesk's users will be able to use the LMS feature as well in the ShopDesk.

Each brand will signup in the LMS. Customer can earn points according to the purchasing and can use them as a discount in the invoice. There will be many types of discounts that user can give them to their loyalty customers. Users can also see their customer’s loyalty points in the customer modules.

Features are deployed to the stage and they will be live soon.

  • Edit and delete functionality for every individual product in product module

In the new ERD of ShopDesk, the users will be able to edit and delete any individual product from the frontend.

Steps to use the functionality:

  1. Select the Product View Page in the product module

  2. Click on the action button.

  3. Select the operation that is required.

  4. Select Delete to remove the product from ShopDesk.

  5. Select edit, update details and click on the Save button to save it.


Features

  • As a manager, I want ShopDesk to be integrated with Shopcast so that we can use Shopcast features in the ShopDesk

The ShopDesk has been integrated with the Shopcast. Initially, the users can see the top-rated products on the register screen under the “YOU MAY ALSO LIKE” section. By clicking on them, they can be added to the cart. If the user searches for a product, the relevant products will be shown on the screen that can also be added to the cart.

  • As a manager, I want an hourly sales report, so that I can get the sales details for any specific hour

Steps to generate the report:

  1. Select the sales summary report from the report module.

  2. Select the date range for sales.

  3. Select the required hour for the report.

  4. Click on the fetch button to generate the report.

  • As a manager, I want a barcode on the invoice, so that I can get the details by scanning

The ShopDesk’s users now can get a barcode on the invoice that will be very helpful for getting invoice details by scanning the barcode.

  There should be an "info" icon next to the hourly report in Sales Summary that reads "Hourly reports only fetch current date's data".

The required “info“ icon is showing on LIVE:

 
As a user, I want to add customer purchased SKUs in customer wise report, so that I can get the required data from the report

Steps to generate Customer-Wise report:

  1. Select the Customer-Wise report from the reports module.

  2. Select required Date-Range.

  3. Select Search level (brand or store) according to the requirement.

  4. Click on Fetch button to generate the report.

Users will get SKUs and quantity against each customer.

 

 

As a developer, I want to add parent PCT code for variants, So that we can have a track for variants as well

Now in ShopDesk the PCT code of parent will be added automatically to its parents that will be helpful to track parent and its child products.
