Hello, People of Earth (and possibly some very tech-savvy aliens),
We’re back at it again with another small-but-mighty roundup of updates to XStak’s POS! Because let’s face it—sometimes it’s those tiny little tweaks that make you want to do a happy dance at your desk (or at least not throw your mouse across the room).
Our engineering wizards (they prefer the term “developers,” but we know magic when we see it) have been hard at work squashing bugs, answering your most popular feature requests, and making sure your daily workflow is smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
Whether it’s a tiny fix or a long-awaited feature, we’re here to keep surprising and delighting you—or at the very least, making your job slightly less annoying.
💥 E-Commerce Order Export:
Description:
We have introduced a new capability that allows users to export E-commerce order reports in Excel format. This enhancement is designed to streamline operational workflows, enabling easier data handling, reporting, and analysis.
Key Benefits:
Effortless download of order reports in .xlsx format
Simplified data filtering and sorting for operations teams
Enhanced compatibility with external tools for analysis and reporting
Impact:
Operations teams can now quickly access and work with order data outside the system, improving efficiency in order tracking, processing, and decision-making.

🚀 Revamped Advance Payment Flow:
Description:
We’ve given the Advance Payment flow on Shopdesk a complete makeover! This update is aimed at making the process faster, more intuitive, and seamless for front-line staff and back-office teams alike.
