How to raise a ticket for support/report an issue?

Report a bug/feature by writing an email

Send an email to shopdesk@shopdev.atlassian.net, write the details of bugs/features, and hit send. You can also attach pictures or videos in attachments. This will automatically create a ticket and we will be receiving your request. Please find a sample email :
