Hi Everyone,

Here with another roundup of small-but-mighty updates to Shopdesk POS! We know that sometimes, it’s the tiniest steps in your daily workflow that feel like the biggest difference in a smoothly run day. That’s why our engineering team is working behind the scenes to resolve most common bugs, and instate popular requests that surprise-and-delight or simply help you get your work done easier – one ticket at a time.

Please find below our updates for May 2024:

Invoice Return Flow Update
a) Accurate Item Pricing and Totals:
The item price and total at the product level in invoices now accurately reflect the values on the system.
Tax and total amounts on the invoice receipt are now correctly displayed in accordance with the OMS system values.

b) Sales History Consistency:
The sales total in the Sales History tab is now displayed accurately, ensuring consistency with the OMS system.

c) Discounted Item Prices:
When completing or returning a sale, the item prices in the Sell Module are now correctly showing discounted prices that match the OMS system values.
d) Correct Invoice Display:
Upon printing or viewing any completed or returned invoice, the item total, item value, tax, and total amount are now correctly displayed according to the OMS system values.

Various under-the-hood improvements have been made to enhance the overall stability of the POS system, ensuring it runs smoothly and reliably.
