Hi Everyone,

Here with another roundup of small-but-mighty updates to Shopdesk POS! We know that sometimes, it’s the tiniest steps in your daily workflow that feel like the biggest difference in a smoothly run day. That’s why our engineering team is working behind the scenes to resolve most common bugs, and instate popular requests that surprise-and-delight or simply help you get your work done easier – one ticket at a time.

Please find below our updates for January 2024:

[New Feature ⭐] Tax Inclusive Line Items:
To cater to the up and coming MENA regions regulatory authorities requirement, Shopdesk now has a configuration which enables us to show the Line items as Tax inclusive, further more in the weeks to come, we will enable the selling price to also be Tax Inclusive.
* This feature will help ensure we are compatible with the MENA regions regulatory authorities.

[Enhancement⭐] Inventory Dump Report Restructure:
All be it, this isn’t a brand new feature, but our Inventory dump report is now faster, completely revamped and more reliable than ever.

Oh!, and since we love all our clients so much, to save more of your time, we gave you amazing new analytical tiles of the data so you can view everything at a glance.

[New Feature ⭐] Return items through scanning Barcodes:

Introducing a unique solution to a unique problem, Many times a product is returned by a customer but since there may be a lot of items in the invoice, Many clients wanted the ability to ensure, without any manual effort to scan what they are returning. We have no introduced a feature where you can return items, by scanning items 1 by 1 on the Return Screen.

This will ensure time is saved.
You don't return the wrong items.
Inventory doesn’t mis match.
