Hello Everyone!
We’re back at it again with another small-but-mighty roundup of updates to XStak’s POS! Because let’s face it—sometimes it’s those tiny little tweaks that make you want to do a happy dance at your desk (or at least not throw your mouse across the room).
Our engineering wizards (they prefer the term “developers,” but we know magic when we see it) have been hard at work squashing bugs, answering your most popular feature requests, and making sure your daily workflow is smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.
Whether it’s a tiny fix or a long-awaited feature, we’re here to keep surprising and delighting you—or at the very least, making your job slightly less annoying.
1. Decimal Precision Support for Purchase Orders & STRs 🧐
Description:
We’ve enhanced the Purchase Order (PO) and Stock Transfer Request (STR) workflows to now support SKU quantities with precise decimal values. Previously, users could only enter whole numbers, limiting flexibility when dealing with fractional units or products measured in weight, volume, or partial cases.
Key Benefits:
Enables more accurate inventory planning and ordering.
Supports businesses dealing with fractional units (e.g., liquids, raw materials, bulk goods).
Reduces manual adjustments and eliminates rounding errors in inventory records.
Impact:
This update significantly improves operational accuracy and inventory traceability. Teams handling variable-weight SKUs or fractional product quantities will now experience smoother procurement and transfer processes, leading to more efficient stock management and fewer discrepancies.

2. Enhanced Invoice Design with Configurable Totals ℹ️
Description:
We’ve further improved the invoice design by introducing configuration-based total sections. Users can now automatically display aggregated totals (such as subtotal, tax, discounts, and grand total) at the end of invoices, tailored to their specific reporting or customer communication needs.
Key Benefits:
Clear and professional invoice presentation with all totals displayed.
Increased flexibility to configure which totals are shown based on business requirements.
Improves transparency for customers and simplifies reconciliation for finance teams.
Impact:
This enhancement elevates the overall billing experience, ensuring that invoices are more informative and customer-friendly. It also reduces the chances of payment disputes by providing clearer financial breakdowns, streamlining both client communication and internal accounting workflows.
