Release Notes - September 2025

Release notes - XPay - September 2025

We're excited to share the latest enhancements and features added to our Payments Platform over the past month. These updates aim to improve payment method support, enhance performance visibility, and offer more flexibility for B2B integrations.

  1. Amex & PayPak Support for Kotlin & Swift SDKs

You can now accept American Express (Amex) and PayPak cards directly through our mobile SDKs!

Whether you're building in Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS, these enhancements ensure your app supports a broader range of local and international cards, giving your users more ways to pay, and you more chances to convert.

  1. Gateway-Wise Performance Tracking on Dashboards

We’ve made it easier for you to understand how your payment gateways are performing, all in real time, directly from your dashboards.

You can now view gateway-level acceptance rate charts on both the XPay Dashboard and the Backoffice. These charts give you a clear, visual overview of how each payment gateway is performing over time. With this update, you can easily track trends in acceptance rates and spot any sudden drops, spikes, or changes in performance.

This is especially helpful if you're using multiple gateways. You can now:

  • Compare gateway performance side by side

  • Quickly identify issues like declining success rates or underperforming gateways

  • Make better decisions about how to route payments to improve acceptance and reduce friction at checkout

Instead of relying on manual checks or assumptions, you now have real-time data that helps you act quickly and confidently. Whether you’re trying to optimize your payment setup, reduce failed transactions, or ensure a smoother experience for your customers, this new feature gives you the visibility and insight to do it more effectively.

  1. API-Based Checkout with Redirection Flow (For B2B Merchants)

We’ve launched a new API-based checkout flow that gives B2B merchants more control over the payment experience.

With this new flow, your system can call our API to create a payment and include your own success and failure URLs. In return, you’ll get a redirection link to the XPay checkout page. When your customer lands on that page, XPay will automatically check all important details like the amount, currency, and order ID. After the payment is completed, your customer will be redirected to the success or failure page you provided. Just like our standard flows, a webhook will be triggered and a token will be generated.

By using this API-based redirection flow, you can deliver a smoother, more branded experience to your users, integrate payments more easily into your existing systems, and speed up development without compromising on security or reliability.

We’re always listening, building, and improving, so you can offer better payments, grow faster, and stay ahead.

If you have any ideas or feedback, We would love to hear from you.
