We are excited to introduce an important enhancement to our payment platform in this release. We have implemented a comprehensive user activity tracking system, designed to provide merchants with valuable insights into customer interactions on the payment page.
Comprehensive User Activity Tracking
Our system now meticulously records every step of the user journey on the payment page. This includes interactions such as clicking on card fields, entering CVC, providing expiry information, clicking on 'Pay Now', and even if the customer switches to another tab.
The recorded user activity is seamlessly integrated into the transaction details. Merchants can now view a chronological log of user interactions associated with each transaction. This feature empowers merchants with the ability to monitor user behavior during the payment process. It will serve as a valuable resource for identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Merchants can now proactively identify and address any user-related issues, leading to improved customer satisfaction and gain a deeper understanding of user behavior during the payment process, allowing for data-driven optimizations.
