Order Management Tabs

Order Management Tabs

Purpose: This page explains the tab-wise operational views available in Order Management and how each tab supports order processing, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and audit workflows.

Overview

The Order Management tabs provide filtered operational views of orders based on their current status in the lifecycle. These tabs help teams quickly identify the orders they need to act on, reduce manual filtering, and maintain clear ownership across fulfillment, courier, return, refund, and archive stages.

Operational Significance

The tab-based structure in OMS is designed to streamline high-volume order operations by enabling:

  • Segmented visibility of orders based on lifecycle stage

  • Faster operational routing for fulfillment, logistics, and finance teams

  • Reduced dependency on manual filtering or search-based workflows

  • Clear separation between active, transitional, and historical order states

  • Improved governance and tracking across multi-stage order processing flows

This structure ensures that every operational team interacts only with the subset of orders relevant to their responsibility, thereby increasing overall system efficiency and reducing processing delays.
