Release Notes - March 2026

1. Fastex Daewoo Payment API Integration

Fastex Daewoo Payment API has been integrated to automate payment status updates in OMS.

Enhancement Details:

• OMS now receives payment settlement status via API

• Upon receiving a settled status:

  • The order is automatically tagged as COD_PAID

Key Benefit:

• Ensures accurate and real-time COD payment tracking

• Reduces manual intervention in payment reconciliation

2. ShuttlePro Integration – Communication Module

ShuttlePro has been integrated with the OMS Communication Module to enable automated WhatsApp notifications for key order events.

Feature Overview:

• Automated WhatsApp messages are triggered on:

  • Order Confirmation

  • Order Delivered

Key Benefits:

• Improves customer communication and engagement

• Enables automated feedback collection post-delivery

• Reduces manual effort in customer messages.

3. New OE Slip Format – Portrait Slip

A new Portrait Slip format has been added to OMS for OE slip printing.

Enhancement Details:

• Previously, OMS supported only:

  • Label Slip

  • Detailed Slip

• OMS now also supports:

  • Portrait Slip
    

    

Key Benefit:
Gives merchants more flexibility to choose the slip format that best suits their operational requirements.

4. Loadsheet Shipper Name Enhancement

The Shipper Name field in loadsheet has been enhanced to improve clarity for multi-store operations.

Enhancement Details:

• Previously, the brand name was displayed as the shipper name

• Now, if multiple stores (sales channels) are connected and included in a loadsheet:

  • The respective sales channel name will be displayed instead of Brand Name.

Key Benefit:

• Provides better visibility and differentiation for multi-store order processing

• Improves accuracy in shipment handling and logistics coordination.
  

  

5. Magento Integration with OMS

Magento integration has been enhanced to provide seamless order and inventory management through OMS, similar to other supported platforms like Shopify.

Feature Overview:

• Order creation and import into OMS

• Inventory and price updates from OMS to Magento

• Automatic inventory deduction upon order creation

• Order status synchronization (including Delivered and Cancelled)

Key Benefit:

• Enables centralized management of Magento operations through OMS with a consistent multi-channel experience
  

6. Bulk Order Closure via File – Return Verification Tab

Return Verification workflow has been enhanced to support bulk order closure via file upload.

Enhancement Details:

• Previously, orders had to be manually selected one by one for closure

• A new option is now available under Upload Actions:

  • Upload a file containing Order IDs

  • System will automatically close all listed orders

Key Benefits:

• Eliminates manual effort in selecting orders individually

• Speeds up bulk operations

• Improves efficiency in return verification processing.
