Welcome to the February 2026 edition of XStak’s OMS Release Notes! We’ve rolled out some powerful updates this month to supercharge your order management experience. Whether you're expanding operations or optimizing fulfillment, these new features are built to give you more control, flexibility, and efficiency. Let’s dive in!

1. Courier Integrations

New courier integrations have been added to OMS to support regional shipping partners and improve fulfillment operations.

Tranzo Courier
  • Enables seamless order booking and tracking directly within OMS

  • Eliminates dependency on external courier portals

BlueEx V3 Integration
  • Upgraded to the latest BlueEx V3 version

  • Supports multi-pickup functionality

  • Ensures the correct pickup location is used based on order assignment

  • Courier AWB now reflects the address of the specific location from where the order is booked


2. Fastex Tracking API Integration

Fastex Tracking API has been integrated to enable real-time shipment tracking and automated order status updates.

Key Highlights:

  • Supports tracking via Booking/CN Number and Barcode

  • Courier status updates auto-reflected in OMS.

  • Orders automatically move to relevant tabs based on tracking status


3. Customer Profile Scoring

A new Customer Profile Scoring feature is now live, enabling merchants to evaluate customer behavior based on order history using the customer’s phone number and email.

Feature Overview:

Customers are automatically categorized into the following profiles:

  • 🟢 Good Customer

    • Delivered: ≥ 80%

    • Returned: ≤ 5%

    • Cancelled: ≤ 5%

  • 🟡 Moderate Customer

    • Delivered: 45% – 79%

    • Returned: 5% – 25%

    • Cancelled: 5% – 25%

  • 🔴 High Risk Customer

    • Delivered: ≤ 45%

    • Returned: ≥ 25%

    • Cancelled: ≥ 25%

Key Benefits:

  • Helps identify high-risk customers early

  • Enables better decision-making for COD, fulfillment, and promotions

  • Reduces RTOs, returns, and operational losses

    3.1 Customer Profile Scoring


4. Address Verification via WhatsApp

A new Address Verification feature has been introduced to reduce delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer addresses.

Feature Overview:

  • When an order landed in OMS and the address appears incomplete or incorrect,
    the customer automatically receives a WhatsApp message to verify their details

  • Customers can:

    • Update address information in real time

    • Correct key details such as name, address, and city

    • Receive instant confirmation upon successful update

Key Benefits:

  • Reduces delivery failures

  • Lowers return ratio (RTO)

  • Improves customer satisfaction

  • Enables real-time address correction.

5. Courier Slip Enhancement

Courier slip export has been enhanced to improve order visibility.

Enhancement Details:

  • Product name is now included in courier slips

  • Displayed under the Order Details section

Key Benefit:

  • Provides better clarity for shipment handling and verification.
