1. Multi-Location Inventory Dump Report

Inventory dump reporting has been enhanced to support multi-location selection.

Enhancement Details:

• Previously, users could download the inventory dump report for only one location at a time

• OMS now allows selecting multiple locations simultaneously

• A consolidated inventory dump report can now be downloaded as a single file

• Simplifies inventory reporting for multi-location operations

2. Shopify Cancellation Tag Automation

OMS has been enhanced to support automatic order cancellation based on Shopify order tags.

Enhancement Details:

• OMS now detects configured cancellation tags synced from Shopify

• If the defined cancellation tag is found during order synchronization:

  • OMS automatically triggers the order cancellation workflow

Workflow Overview:

• Third-party applications apply cancellation tags on Shopify

• Updated order tags are synced into OMS

• OMS validates the configured cancellation tag

• Matching orders are automatically cancelled in OMS

Key Benefits:

• Reduces dependency on third-party applications for order cancellation

• Automates cancellation processing based on Shopify tags

• Improves operational efficiency and order management automation.

3. Review Report Optimization

The Review Report has been enhanced to improve clarity and simplify reconciliation for multi-item orders.

Enhancement Details:

• All SKUs are now displayed in a single column as comma-separated values

• OMS now ensures a single row per Order ID

• Eliminates duplicate Order ID entries

• Simplifies reconciliation and reporting

4. Order List Report Enhancement

The Order List Report for the Awaiting Approval tab has been enhanced to include additional order information.

Enhancement Details:

• Added Order Tags column to the Order List Report

• Added Comments column to the report

• Provides better order visibility during approval processing

• Improves reporting accuracy and operational tracking

5. Courier-Wise Receivable Analytics Report

A new download option has been added to the Analytics Dashboard for courier-wise receivable reporting.

Enhancement Details:

• Users can now download a Courier-Wise Receivable Analytics Report directly from OMS in analytics dashboard.

• The report includes following columns:

  • orderid

  • orderdate

  • paymentmethod

  • orderstatus

  • courier

  • amount_received

  • amount_receivable

  • payment_status

• Improves payment reconciliation and receivable tracking

• Provides better financial visibility across courier partners

• Simplifies analytics and reporting operations

6. Customizable Columns in Order Listing

The Order Listing page has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility and improve usability.

Enhancement Details:

• Added a column selector option for managing column visibility

• Users can now:

  • Enable required columns

  • Disable unnecessary columns

• Only selected columns will be displayed on the Order Listing page

• Reduces horizontal scrolling

• Improves usability and visibility on the Order Listing page

• Allows brands to personalize their OMS view based on operational needs
