Welcome to the June 2026 edition of XStak’s OMS Release Notes. This release introduces updates designed to improve order visibility, streamline fulfillment workflows, reduce operational errors, and give merchants greater control across the order management lifecycle.

1. PDC Courier API Integration

OMS has been integrated with the PDC Courier API to provide a scalable and real-time shipment management experience.

Enhancement Details:

• End-to-end integration with the PDC Courier system

• Shipment creation directly from OMS

• Real-time shipment tracking and status synchronization

• City and product type mapping for accurate data synchronization

• Enhanced error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms to ensure system reliability

• Automates status synchronization between OMS and PDC Courier

2. Added Quick Edits Functionality in Assign Location Tab

The Assign Location tab has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility for order management before automatic processing and courier booking.

Enhancement Details:

• Added Quick Edit functionality to the Assign Location tab

• Users can now update order details before orders proceed to auto booking

• Added an Address column to improve order visibility and location verification

Key Benefits:

• Allows modifications to orders that are automatically moved to the Assign Location tab

• Improves operational flexibility for prepaid and auto-processed orders

• Enables users to validate delivery addresses directly from the Assign Location tab

• Reduces dependency on the Courier Booking tab for order edits

3. PostEx Slip Printing Enhancement

PostEx slip printing has been optimized to improve paper utilization and printing efficiency.

Enhancement Details:

• Added support for printing three PostEx slips on a single A4 sheet

• Replaces the previous format where each slip occupied an entire A4 page

• Reduces paper consumption and printing costs

• Improves printing efficiency for bulk shipments

4. Delivery Type Visibility Enhancement

The Delivery Type Hide/Show functionality has been extended across all order tabs to provide a consistent user experience.

Enhancement Details:

• Added the Delivery Type Hide/Show option to all order tabs

• Merchants can now configure delivery type visibility across every order view, similar to the existing functionality in the All Orders tab

• Improves order list customization based on merchant preferences

5. OE Slip Enhancement – Return Location & Address

OMS slips have been enhanced to include return location information for improved return shipment handling.

Enhancement Details:

• Added Return Location to both Detail and Label slips

• Added Return Address to both Detail and Label slips

• Return details are displayed in the same section and format as the existing pickup location information

Key Benefits:

• Provides clear return destination information on Label and Detail OE slips

• Improves accuracy and efficiency in return logistics
