Welcome to the July 2026 edition of XStak’s OMS Release Notes. This release introduces updates designed to improve order visibility, streamline fulfillment workflows, reduce operational errors, and give merchants greater control across the order management lifecycle.

1. MyDHL API Integration

OMS has been upgraded to support the latest MyDHL API, replacing the legacy XML-based DHL integration.

Enhancement Details:

• Integrated the latest MyDHL API with OMS

• Replaced the deprecated XML-based DHL integration

• Enables seamless shipment booking and management using DHL's latest API framework

• Ensures compatibility with DHL's current integration standards

2. Default Logistics Access for New Merchants

The merchant onboarding process has been enhanced to simplify courier configuration after app installation.

Enhancement Details:

• New users created through app installation are now automatically granted access to the Logistics module

• Logistics permissions are included as part of the default onboarding role set

• The Logistics tab is available immediately after successful app installation

• Eliminates manual role assignment during onboarding

• Reduces setup time for new merchants

3. Inventory Add Back in Bulk Order Cancellation

The bulk order cancellation workflow has been enhanced to support inventory synchronization.

Enhancement Details:

• Added the Add Back Inventory option to the Bulk Cancel Order action

• Functionality is now consistent with single order cancellation

• Users can restore inventory while canceling multiple orders in a single operation

• Ensures accurate inventory synchronization during bulk cancellations

• Improves stock visibility and inventory accuracy

• Reduces manual inventory adjustments and operational effort
  

   

4. Order & SKU Count Display for Bulk Actions

The Order Listing page has been enhanced to provide better visibility during bulk order operations.

Enhancement Details:

• Added a Selected Orders Count to display the total number of orders selected

• Added a Total SKU Count to show the combined quantity of SKUs across all selected orders

• Selection summary is displayed in real time as users select or deselect orders

Key Benefits:

• Provides clear visibility of selected orders before performing bulk actions

• Reduces the risk of processing an incorrect number of orders

5. Delivered Order Return Monitoring

OMS has been enhanced to monitor delivered orders for post-delivery return status updates and provide greater control over return handling.

Enhancement Details:

• Added frontend support for configuring the delivered order monitoring scheduler

• Users can configure the monitoring duration for delivered orders
  

  

• Orders that receive a Returned status after being marked Delivered are red highlighted for visibility.
  

  Unknown Attachment

• Added an option for merchants to manually move orders from the Delivered tab to the Returned tab when a return status is received

6.Return Exchange Management

OMS now supports a comprehensive Return Exchange Management workflow, enabling merchants to efficiently manage return-only and return-with-exchange requests.

Enhancement Details:

• Introduced support for both Complete and Partial return scenarios

• Added support for Return and Return with Exchange workflows

• Automated order splitting for return and exchange processing where applicable

• Implemented intelligent courier booking based on the return scenario

• Automated shipping fee and COD handling for return and exchange orders

• Established parent-child order linkage for complete traceability throughout the RMA process

• Automates complex RMA workflows with minimal manual intervention

• Ensures accurate courier booking and shipping fee allocation
