Refund Capability Limitations on Xap Portal for Shopify Public App Users

We cannot support refunds on the Xap portal because it is not within the scope of the Shopify app. As a result, the refund option is currently not available on our portal. However, you can refund the transaction directly from the Shopify store.

Please also note that if the refund is processed through the bank portal, it will not be reflected in the Shopify store. Therefore, it's best to process the refund directly from Shopify.
