What is meant by an Authorized Risk Decline transaction?

Question: What is meant by an Authorized Risk Decline transaction?

Answer: When a transaction is marked as "Authorized_Risk_Declined" on Cybersource, it means that you have the ability to manually approve the transaction and proceed with fulfillment after conducting your own checks with the customer. This type of transaction is given a code of 481.
