What does different status on XPay Portal signifies ?

Captured : Payment Confirmed

Time Out : User skips the payment screen or 15 minute timer(set timer) goes out before user enter card details

Cancelled : Order was cancelled by the customer

Refunded : If an order is refunded , it will be marked as Refunded

Pending : If payment is pending from client
-
Failed: If authentication of card details failed
Transaction module is the main screen where the admin can see all the details of transactions.
Filter
Transactions can also be filtered for a specific email, ID, Status, or date range
Transaction Details
By clicking on eye button adjacent to each transaction, one can se details of each transaction.
Refund
Captured order can be refunded by clicking on eye button adjacent to the transaction detail.
