We’re excited to announce the latest updates and features for Simstak, designed to enhance order verification and streamline order management!

Here’s what’s new:

🚀 New Features:

Legacy Order Verification using additional Scripts:

This new feature enables the creation of custom order verification pages directly within Shopify. These custom pages provide merchants with a seamless order confirmation process, making it easier to verify orders in a way that fits their store’s unique requirements.

Simstak Compatibility with OE (Order Management System):

Simstak is now fully compatible with the OE, allowing for more streamlined order management. Orders marked as "Order Verified" through Simstak's OTP mechanism can now be processed seamlessly within the OE system, boosting operational efficiency.

Enhanced Return Reduction Mechanism:

By verifying orders using OTP, Simstak helps merchants reduce the rate of returns by ensuring that orders are legitimate, thereby improving overall order accuracy.

Onboarding of New SMS Vendor "ITS":

We have onboarded a new SMS vendor, "ITS," to improve the reliability and delivery rates of OTPs, ensuring merchants have more dependable communication channels for order verification in Simstak.

Order Name Column Added in Export CSV:

We've added an "Order Name" column in the Export CSV feature, providing more detailed information in your exported data for easier tracking and analysis.

🎯 Upcoming Milestones and Checklist:

1. Delivery Reports (DLR):
   A new feature enables merchants to access detailed delivery reports, providing insights into the OTP delivery status for better monitoring and operational transparency.

2. Export CSV with Date Range Control:
   Merchants will soon be able to export data with a date range filter, making generating and analyzing reports for specific periods easier.

3. New Slider UI on the Report Page:
   We are introducing a sleek and user-friendly slider interface on the report page.
