Release Notes - October 2024

We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of XStak OMS, our latest solution designed to streamline onboarding for merchants onto our OMS platform! Here’s an overview of the current features and fixes:

🚀 New Features:

  1. Brand Migration to XStak OMS:
    We’ve successfully migrated existing brands to XStak OMS. These brands were previously using custom apps, and XStak OMS now provides a more integrated experience for seamless order management.

  2. Order Tracking and Returns for End Customers:
    XStak OMS allows end customers to easily track and return their orders, enhancing transparency and improving the post-purchase experience.

🐞 Bug Fixes:

  1. Order Tracking by Phone Number + Order ID:
    A bug affecting order tracking has been resolved. End customers can now track their orders using their phone number in combination with the Order ID.

  1. Alignment Fixes for Desktop and Mobile:
    Resolved alignment issues across desktop and mobile views. Given the variation in store themes, additional CSS can be applied to adjust alignment as needed for each store.

🎯 Upcoming Milestones and Checklist:

  1. Configurable Tracking Page Title:
    Soon, merchants will have the option to customize the title on the tracking page to display their preferred text.

  2. Delivery Promise Feature:
    A new feature allowing merchants to set and display a delivery promise for orders on storefront level, providing customers with clear expectations.
