Dashboard module
The LMS Dashboard provides a quick look at the metrics of your loyalty members.
Across the top of the page, there are running totals showing the number of members in your program and the number of points used and available.
The Member Enrollment graph displays member acquisition over the last month and the Total Members Per Status graph shows member behavior.
Enabled Members are active in the program
Disabled Members have had their accounts disabled because of suspected fraud
Deleted Members have had their accounts removed
Victim Members have had their accounts merged into another loyalty account
