The Utilities Module in OE provides a set of tools that help you perform your tasks efficiently and accurately. It centralizes key functionalities under one tab to simplify operations.
Sub-Modules Available under Utilities:
Sub-Module | Description |

SKU Search | Search for any SKU across all locations to check availability and status. |
Sync Missing Order | Identify and synchronize missing or not updated orders. |
Bulk Process Jobs | The information about all the jobs that have been run in bulk, be it Verifying, Cancelling, Assigning, or Booking is displayed individually |
Customer Blacklist | Manage and review customers who are blacklisted due to previous issues. |
Actions Audit | View detailed audit logs of all actions performed in the system. |
