Setting Module
The Settings Module in Order Management System provides brands with a suite of configurable options to streamline their operational workflows. These settings allow brands to easily manage locations, couriers, sales channels, auto-assignment rules, auto-booking rules, and more—without delving into backend complexities.
OE’s intuitive UI simplifies the configuration of operational rules, allowing brands to manage their operations efficiently and independently. All rules are based on pre-defined metrics and designed to be easily understandable and actionable.
Sub-Tabs in Settings Module
1. General
The General tab gives a complete overview of the brand and its operational settings:
View-only fields: Brand Name, Short Key, Brand ID
Editable fields: Content Type, Time Zone, OutFinal Buffer, National Tax Number
Toggle Buttons: Control key operational behaviors such as Auto Order Splitting, Manual Auto Splitting, Dual Quantity Check, Shopify Support, Auto Location Assignment, Auto Booking, Auto Processing
Additional Settings: Tax Percentage, Duplicate Order Filter, Duplicate Check Interval
Packaging Slip Templates: Select templates for bulk orders and email, download detailed slips, and sample labels
RMA Settings: Enable/disable RMA for returns
2. Sales Channels
The Sales Channels tab allows brands to configure webstore integrations. OMS supports:
Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Daraz, Amazon, BigCommerce, ShopDeskPOS, Zid
Capabilities:
Add new channels using Configure New Channel
Edit existing channel details (credentials, preferences, and integration settings)
Designate a Primary Sales Channel and enable/disable other channels
Streamline order routing across multiple platforms
3. Locations
The Locations tab allows brands to manage operational locations:
Add, remove, or edit locations
Assign locations for order fulfillment and logistics
Set location-specific rules for auto-assignment, shipping, and reporting
Maintain a clean overview of all operational branches
4. Tags Management
This tab enables brands to categorize and manage orders or tasks using tags:
Create, edit, or delete tags
Assign tags to orders based on priority, type, or custom rules
Improve order sorting, filtering, and reporting efficiency
5. Order Assigning Rules
The Order Assigning Rules tab lets brands define rules for automatic assignment of orders:
Assign orders to specific teams, locations, or individuals based on pre-defined metrics
Ensure balanced workload and faster processing
Reduce manual intervention and operational errors
