We have successfully implemented tooltips for our order table rows, providing quick access to additional information.

Key Highlights:

  • Tooltip Integration: With this enhancement, you can now hover over orders in the table to instantly access supplementary information without navigating to other screens.

  • Efficient Insights: Tooltips offer a convenient way to view essential order details, reducing the need for extra clicks and improving workflow efficiency.

2. Assigning Rules Enhancement: Country Dropdown Added

we've improved our Auto Assigning Rules by adding a "Country" dropdown alongside the existing "City" dropdown.


  • Country Selection: You can now specify countries in your Auto Assigning Rules, enhancing assignment precision.

  • Tailored Rules: This addition allows for more specific location-based rules, offering greater control over automatic assignment logic.

This enhancement provides a finer level of control in order allocation to meet precise geographical requirements.

3. Enhanced Order Editing: Quantity Increase for SKUs

Our team has successfully implemented the functionality to increase the quantity of SKUs in an order, catering to your dynamic customer needs more effectively.

Key Highlights:

  • Quantity Adjustment: With this enhancement, you can now increase the quantity of SKUs within an order, aligning your inventory with customer demands seamlessly.

  • Inventory Management: When the SKU quantity is increased, the system handles inventory adjustments accordingly, ensuring accuracy and synchronization with your Webstore.

  • Flexible Pricing: For CC/Paid Orders, if increasing the SKU quantity impacts the total order price, the system automatically adjusts the payment amount to maintain consistency.

  • Streamlined Workflow: To keep your orders synchronized with webstore, a new child order is created when SKU quantities are increased, ensuring seamless tracking and management.

This feature empowers you to meet customer requests for SKU quantity increases efficiently, providing a more responsive and customer-centric experience.

Successfully integrated CEGID(a global Unified Commerce & POS platform for specialty retailers) with OE. This strategic integration brings a suite of advanced features and capabilities designed to elevate your business operations to new heights.

  1. Price Updates: Enjoy seamless and accurate price updates from CEGID to OE, ensuring that your pricing information remains current and precise.

  3. Inventory Tracking: Efficiently manage your inventory within the CEGID adapter, ensuring precise control over stock levels and inventory accuracy.

  5. Voucher/Coupon Management: Flexibly manage vouchers and coupons with ease, including creation, updating, deletion, and retrieval options for dynamic promotions.

  6. Click & Collect Optimization: Effectively manage click & collect orders, including the ability to mark them as collected, even for those that were previously reversed and collected, directly within CEGID.

  7. Pick List Generation: Streamline your order preparation process by generating pick lists based on rules such as customer delivery dates, enhancing order fulfillment efficiency.

  8. Dynamic Price Promotions: Enable or disable price promotions based on a predefined schedule, allowing for flexible pricing strategies tailored to your business needs.

  9. Inventory Updates: Keep your inventory data up-to-date with seamless integration of CEGID updates into OE, ensuring that your inventory remains accurate and current.

6. Introducing XStak's Packer App: Revolutionizing Warehouse Operations

Unveil the XStak's Packer App, available on both Android and iOS platforms. This powerful application is designed to streamline and enhance the pick and pack process in your warehouse, providing you with unprecedented control and efficiency.

Key Features and Workflow:

  1. Efficient Order Picking:

    • Generate pick lists with essential details.

    • Each picking activity is associated with a unique JOB-ID.

    Picking/Packing Scenarios:

    • Full Unavailability: Orders marked as "scratch" are notified to customer service for manual cancellation.

    • Partial Unavailability: Orders labeled "Unable to fulfill" prompt customer contact for partial fulfillment decisions.

    • Full Availability in Different Locations: Orders are automatically split and assigned to available inventory locations.

  2. Dispatch Notes Printing:

    • Users can print OE dispatch notes via JOB-ID to temporarily label bulk packed packages.

  3. Product Picking and Packing:

    • Users can view and pack one order at a time, ensuring order accuracy.

  4. Order Packing and Labeling:

    • Once an order is picked, it can be packed, and a pre booking dispatch note is placed on the package.

    • Orders are processed one by one until the entire job is completed.

  5. 3PL Booking:

    • Orders are automatically booked with specific 3PL partners based on predefined booking rules when packed.

  6. AWB Printing:

    • AWB (Airway bills) can be printed via JOB-ID in the OE web app.

  7. Final Package Labeling:

    • AWB labels are placed on packages, matching them with earlier pre booking dispatch notes.

  8. User Availability Management:

    • Users (picker/packer) can set their availability status (available/unavailable), with orders automatically redistributed to available users to ensure even workload distribution.

  9. Round Robin Load Distribution:

    • Orders assigned to a location are distributed evenly among available users (picker/packer) using round-robin load distribution.
