Release Notes - June 2024

Welcome to the XStak’s June 2024 Release Notes! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.

1. Tags Management

• Enhanced the functionality of OMS by implementing a tag-based search feature. Clients can add custom tags from the front end and configure orders based on these tags using filters. This allows users to efficiently locate orders based on predefined tags associated with each order status, significantly improving order search and management.

2. Delivery Date Filter

• Added a feature in the OMS to filter orders based on the order delivery date. Users can now add order delivery dates from the sales channel and sort orders based on the delivery date, similar to sorting by the order transition date.

3. Country & City Filter

• Enhanced order search capabilities with new country and city filters. Users can now search orders based on specific countries and cities, improving order management for geographically diverse operations.

4. Scanning Feature Enhancements
   We have significantly improved our scanning functionality to enhance user efficiency and accuracy. Key enhancements include:

• Auto Dispatch on Scan: Automatically dispatch orders upon scanning, streamlining the order fulfillment process.

• Manual Dispatch: Provides the flexibility to manually dispatch orders after scanning, allowing for more control and verification.

• Additional Functionalities: Several new features and improvements have been added to further optimize the scanning process.

5. New Barcode Mapping
   Improved barcode mapping functionality. If a barcode is already mapped, the system will remove its existing mapping before creating a new mapping, ensuring accuracy in order processing. If the same Barcode is used for mapping for 2 SKUs, it will remove the previous mapping first and then update the first barcode. 2nd one will go null, ignores all the null values updates the given value by new mapping and removes its previous.
