1. Duplicate Order Feature:

• Introduced a rule-based duplication alert mechanism in OMS to enhance duplicate order detection accuracy and flexibility.

• Orders can now be identified as duplicates under different conditions, including New SKU/ Same SKU/ New & Same SKU combinations.

• Benefit: Enables users to proactively detect potential duplicate orders, minimizing manual review and ensuring operational accuracy.

2. Embedded Experiences

• Logistics and User Management modules are now embedded within OMS for a unified experience.

• Benefit: Streamlines workflow continuity and improves overall user experience.

3. Address Validation in OMS

• Enhanced address validation logic to detect and flag incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

• Benefit: Ensures higher data accuracy and reduces courier rejections due to invalid addresses.

4. Automatic Tags for Blacklisted Orders

• Introduced auto-blacklist tagging to strengthen fraud prevention and risk management in OMS.

• If a customer is already blacklisted, any new orders placed by that customer will now be tagged as “Blacklisted.”

• Benefit: Improves fraud prevention, order screening, and overall risk management.

5. Returned Orders via Scanning

• Added the ability to mark returned orders using scanning functionality within OMS.

• Warehouse or operations teams can now scan the tracking number or order ID to directly update an order’s status to Returned.

• Benefit: Simplifies return handling, minimizes manual errors, and speeds up reverse logistics processes.

• General performance enhancements and UI refinements for a smoother user experience.
