Welcome to the XStak’s Novemeber 2025 Release Notes for OMS! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.
1. Mark Bank Transfer Orders as Paid via CSV Upload
Overview
Users can mark multiple Bank Transfer orders as Paid directly through a CSV upload.
How it Works
Users can upload a CSV file through Upload Actions.
Each row contains one Order ID.
The system will automatically:
Set the COD amount to ZERO.
Add a Paid (Bank Transfer) tag for easy identification.
Benefit
This significantly reduces manual work for finance and operations teams, improves accuracy, and speeds up cash reconciliation processes.



2. Configurable Dispatch Scanning Workflow in Pending Pickup
Overview
Earlier, OMS only supported validating orders during Pending Pickup by scanning Order ID or Tracking Number, without SKU-level or product-barcode level scanning.
With the new configurable multi-mode scanning workflow, users can now scan:
Order ID
Tracking Number
And then validate items using:
SKU, or
Product Barcode
2.1 New Configuration Option:
A new client-level setting is now available:
Dispatch Scanning Method (Multi-Select)
Options:
Order ID
Tracking Number
SKU / Product Barcode
2.2 Updated Dispatch Workflow Behavior
When the user clicks Scan, the system now follows this structure:
Step 1: Select Scanning Type
Loadsheet
Order Items
Step 2: Select Identifier (Order-Level Scanning)
Based on enabled configuration:
Order ID
Tracking Number
Step 3: Select Validation Method (Item-Level Scanning)
After selecting the identifier, system shows:
Scan by SKU
Scan by Product Barcode
Benefit
This enhancement provides flexibility for different warehouse operations by allowing:
Allows clients to scan using Order ID or Tracking Number while still validating items through SKU/Product Barcode.
Reduces dispatch errors through accurate item-level matching.
Speeds up operations for clients without product barcodes.
