Welcome to the XStak’s November 2024 Release Notes for OMS! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.

1. Daraz Integration with OMS

We’ve successfully integrated Daraz with OE, enabling seamless order and inventory management between the two platforms. Here are the key highlights of this integration:

• Inventory Synchronization:

  • When an order is canceled, the inventory is restocked in the respective sales channel.

  • Inventory changes reflect accurately between Daraz and Shopify when orders are placed, ensuring consistency across platforms.

  • SKU-specific adjustments ensure that inventory is only deducted for existing SKUs on Daraz or Shopify during multi-SKU orders.

  • Updates to inventory and prices through OE (via files) reflect accurately on Daraz, subject to seller account restrictions.

• Automation Features:

  • Schedulers have been set up to automatically update order statuses between Daraz and OE in real-time.

  • Rules have been added to auto-assign orders based on the sales channel and brand-specific configurations.

While the current integration supports seamless inventory synchronization and order management, price synchronization for Daraz will also be managed in Phase-2.

2. Enhanced Text Formatting and Media Upload in Comments

To improve communication and collaboration within OE Orders, we’ve added a powerful text formatting feature and media upload capabilities to comments.

• Text Formatting Options:

  • Bold and Italic text styling for emphasis.

  • Ability to write multi-line comments with proper spacing.

  • Seamless handling of line breaks, including transitions after commas.

• Media Uploads:

  • Upload photos and videos directly in comments for better context and documentation.

These enhancements make it easier for users to convey information effectively and add rich media to their communications.
