Tired of handling unverified Cash on Delivery (COD) orders? We’ve got you covered! With WhatsApp Order Verification, OMS now:

Sends automated WhatsApp verification messages when an order is placed.
Captures customer responses – whether they confirm or cancel the order.
Auto-updates order status based on the customer’s response.
Adds order tags for tracking and transparency.

2. AHL Courier Integration

We’ve integrated AHL, a logistics courier, into OMS! Now, merchants can book, track, and manage their shipments effortlessly.

• Order Tracking & Status Updates: Stay updated on shipments.

• Tracking URL & Courier AWB: Easy access to tracking links.

• City Mapping: Ensures accurate shipments.

• Returns & Payment API: Process returns efficiently.

• Automatic Booking Rules: Orders must be assigned to Lahore Warehouse as AHL operates in Lahore only.
