🛒 1. Manual Order Creation in OMS (Single Order Entry)

Merchants can now manually create orders directly from the OMS frontend—no need to rely on integrations or backend support.

Whether you're processing an offline sale or managing a custom request, this feature gives you complete flexibility.

✅ Key highlights:

• Select products from your catalog OR add custom products manually.

• If using manual product entry, you can input:

  • Product Name

  • SKU

  • Unit Price

  • Quantity

  • Weight

• Real-time price calculation and validation included.

• Order goes directly into the OMS flow and can be assigned, fulfilled, and tracked just like any integrated order.

💡 Perfect for: Social Commerce Orders, Manual phone/email sales, or handling orders from non-integrated sales channels.

📦 2. Real-Time Courier Status in Order Listing

No more clicking through individual orders or switching tabs to check delivery progress!

We’ve added live courier status tracking directly in the order listing view, giving you a snapshot of each order's shipping journey at a glance.

✅ Now you can see:

• Latest delivery update (e.g., "Out for Delivery", "Delivered", "Failed Attempt")

• Status syncs automatically with the courier’s API

• Works for all integrated courier partners

📥 3. Bulk Order Creation via File Upload

Creating multiple orders manually? We’ve got your back. You can now create multiple orders at once by uploading a CSV file.

✅ Here’s how it works:

• Download our sample template from OMS

• Fill in the required order fields (customer info, product details, etc.)

• Upload the file, and OMS will automatically generate the orders

• Get instant success/failure feedback with row-level detail
  

🛍️ 4. Youcan Sales Channel Integration

We’re excited to announce a brand-new integration with Youcan, a fast-growing e-commerce platform in the MENA region.

✅ Integration capabilities include:

• Automatic order syncing from Youcan to OMS

• Inventory updates from OMS to Youcan

• Product price updates pushed from OMS to Youcan

• Real-time visibility into orders and stock across both platforms
