Release Notes - June 2023

Welcome to the XStak’s Monthly(June) Release Notes! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.

1. FireStore to Mongo DB Migration (Major)

To significantly improve the performance of our services, we have migrated our data from Firestore to MongoDB. This will impact Our clients' daily operations in the following ways:

1. Improved Performance: Faster data retrieval and response times enhance their operations.

2. Enhanced Querying and Filtering: Advanced queries and flexible filtering options streamline data retrieval and reporting.

3. Streamlined Integrations: Easier integration with existing tools and services improves data exchange and workflow automation.

4. Advanced Data Relationships: Modeling complex data relationships improves accuracy and speed of operations.

5. Data Consistency and Integrity: Multi-document transactions ensure reliable and accurate operations.

6. Scalability and Growth: MongoDB scales seamlessly to handle increasing data and user demands.

These improvements result in more efficient, productive, and reliable daily operations for your clients, enabling them to focus on their core business activities and deliver an enhanced experience to their customers.

2. Correct count of orders while applying a date filter (Due to Mongo DB migration)

Previously by applying a date filter, it shows the count of all orders. This was fixed and deployed to XAP_Live.

As shown in the figure-I total number of orders are 334 & after applying the 27th June Filter in figure-II it shows only 5 orders that were created today.

3. Tookan Courier integration with Comprehensive Use Cases:

We are excited to announce the addition of a new courier service “Tookan” to our shipping options. This new service offers improved delivery times and expanded coverage. It provides you with more choices and flexibility when it comes to shipping your orders.

Tookan is a software platform that offers delivery and logistics management solutions, including courier management. It provides businesses with the tools to manage and optimize their courier operations efficiently. The platform includes features such as,
-Real-time tracking.
-Route optimization.
-Dispatch management.
-Proof of delivery.
-Customer communication.

Overall Tookan Courier is a comprehensive solution designed to assist businesses in managing their courier operations effectively and enhancing their overall delivery process.

4. RMA | Add return reasons

When marking an order as returned through the "Return Accepted" button in the "Pending Return" tab, the following reasons for return should be added at the top:

1. Wrong item received

2. Design Exchange

3. Size Exchange

4. Defected

5. Not interested

6. Change of mind

7. Accidental or duplicate order

8. Late delivery

Additionally, an order cannot be marked as "Returned" unless the tags are added when marking the order as returned

5. Search order by Comma separation

Orders can be searched now by Comma separation. This new feature has been developed and deployed to XAP_Live.

6. IVR Robo Call Enhancement : Tag Rename | Tags in DUMP | Failure Alerts

This is the new requirement for IVR Robo call orders to Add these tags in orders:

• Sent To IVR for Robo call initiation

• Confirmed via IVR for confirmed orders

• Canceled via IVR for canceled orders

This was developed and deployed to XAP_Live. Now Sent To IVR, CONFIRMED_VIA_IVR CANCELED_VIA_IVR is visible in order tags in respective cases.

We can select these orders by applying a filter too:

7. OE Label & Detailed Packaging slip

A feature that allows the users to select the size of the packaging/CN slip for labeling. The goal was to provide an option for the user to select the size of the slip (Label or Detailed packaging slip). To achieve this,

- A pop-up will appear when the user clicks the Print buttons in the,

Pending Dispatch,

Dispatch, &

Delivered tabs,

• Label Slip format allows Multiple Orders record are downloaded in a single slip

- And for:
Download button there will be a dropdown to select Label or Detailed packaging slip.

- For Auto-booking, auto-processing (for Bulk process jobs), emailed slips & Pending Dispatch tab’s Bulk dispatch Files option in the reports section, we can provide an option in settings & ask merchants to define a default template.

• The detailed Slip format is according to the Previous packaging slip format.

8.Daraz | Tracking# and Airway Bills for Daraz orders

The tracking number & Airway Bills for Daraz are now generated through OE.
