Booking orders manually just got easier!

• You can now upload a file containing multiple order numbers and tracking numbers to book orders in bulk for your self-couriers.

We’ve introduced an intelligent address validation system to help you catch problematic addresses before they cause delivery issues.

• Multi-language support: Works seamlessly with English, Urdu, and Arabic addresses.

• Validation checks:

  • Length check (minimum 15 characters)

  • Keyword detection (e.g., house, street, apartment)

  • Numeric indicators (e.g., house numbers, postal codes)

  • Address patterns recognition

• Early detection: Automatically flags addresses that don’t meet a 50-point validity threshold, helping ensure accurate deliveries.
