Welcome to the XStak’s January 2026 Release Notes for OMS! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.


New Features


1. OMS Integration with ERP Odoo

OMS is now integrated with Odoo ERP to enable seamless synchronization of products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and financial statuses.

Key Capabilities:

  • OMS successfully authenticates with Odoo to enable secure and reliable data exchange across all integrations.

  • Product, inventory, and warehouse data sync correctly from Odoo to OMS, ensuring master data consistency with no duplication or data loss.

  • OMS can create Sales Orders in Odoo, and confirmed orders are accurately reflected across both systems.

  • OMS receives accurate order and shipment status updates from Odoo, including confirmed, shipped, cancelled, and partial shipment scenarios.

  • Inventory levels remain consistent across systems, with accurate available and reserved stock maintained at location level after GRN, putaway, and picking activities.

  • No data duplication or data loss occurs during master data sync, order processing, inventory updates, or shipment synchronization.

Impact:

  • Ensures a single source of truth across systems

  • Reduces manual data entry and reconciliation

  • Improves order processing, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency


2. Product Images in Picklist

The OMS picklist now includes product images along with SKU, Order ID, and Quantity enabling brands to easily identify items during the picking process.

Key Capabilities:

  • Displays Order Id, SKU, product name, image, barcode, and quantity.

  • Provides a visual reference for each product on the picklist

Impact:

  • Helps faster product identification by design and color and appearance

  • Improves picking accuracy and speed

  • Reduces errors and manual verification effort


3. Pickup From Store (PFS) Application

The Pickup From Store (PFS) application allows customers to select in-store pickup options during checkout with real-time inventory checks.

Key Capabilities:

  • Detects customer location using address or geo-location

  • Checks real-time product availability at store level

  • Prioritises and displays eligible stores closest to the customer

  • Reserves inventory upon order confirmation

  • Provides store details such as name, address, operating hours, and distance

Impact:

  • Improves checkout experience by offering convenient pickup options

  • Reduces stock-outs at the selected store

  • Ensures faster and more accurate order processing


4. ZID Order Status Webhook Integration

OMS is now integrated with ZID’s order status webhook.

Key Capabilities:

  • OMS automatically receives order status updates from ZID

  • When an order status changes to “Ready”, OMS sends the AWB details back to ZID automatically

  • Merchants can generate AWBs directly from ZID without manual intervention

Impact:

  • Eliminates manual effort for AWB creation

  • Reduces errors and operational delays

  • Improves overall order fulfillment efficiency


5. Dedicated Mylerz Sub-Account for Noon Egypt Orders

Noon Egypt orders for Lazurde now use a dedicated Mylerz sub-account for booking and fulfillment.

Key Capabilities:

  • New Mylerz sub-account integration specific to Noon Egypt (EGP) orders

  • Ensures existing courier flows remain unaffected

  • Validates order booking, AWB generation, and tracking

Impact:

  • Isolates Noon Egypt orders from other flows, preventing mix-ups

  • Ensures accurate shipment processing and tracking

  • Improves operational reliability and reduces errors


Improvements

1. Queue-Based System for Quick Edits

A queue-based system has been implemented for Quick Edits to ensure that all API calls are processed reliably.

Key Capabilities:

  • API calls from Quick Edits are now queued and processed in order

  • Prevents missed or delayed updates

  • Improves reliability of changes applied via Quick Edits

Impact:

  • Ensures all edits are captured accurately

  • Reduces errors caused by missed API calls

  • Enhances overall user experience and system stability


2. Multi-Location Filter in OMS

OMS search filters now allow selecting multiple locations simultaneously.

Key Capabilities:

  • Users can select multiple locations in OMS search filters

  • Search results display data for all selected locations

  • Feature is implemented globally across all brands

Impact:

  • Streamlines search across multiple locations

  • Reduces manual effort for users

  • Provides a consistent and efficient experience across brands


3. OMS Dump Report – Include Removed Items

The OMS dump report has been updated to include removed items so that merchants can view all SKUs associated with an order, including those removed after order edits.

Impact:

  • Full visibility of all order items

  • Ensures accurate reporting of discounts and removed SKUs

  • Reduces discrepancies in order reconciliation
