Welcome to the XStak’s January 2025 Release Notes for OMS! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.

1. Stock Transfer Orders (B2B Orders) – Now Available in OMS

We have introduced the ability to create Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) directly within OMS. Previously, OMS did not support the creation of orders internally, but with this enhancement, users can now:

• Generate stock transfer orders for seamless inventory movement between different store locations.

• Assign and book these orders with integrated courier services.

• Improve inventory tracking and logistics coordination within the OMS ecosystem.

This feature enhances operational efficiency by enabling merchants to manage internal stock transfers without relying on external platforms, ensuring a smoother inventory distribution process.

2. Display SKU Details on Leopard Courier Slips

To enhance shipment visibility and reduce order fulfillment errors, we have updated the Leopard Courier slip format within OMS.

• The Order SKU details will now be displayed in the remarks section of the courier slip.

• This update allows warehouse and logistics teams to verify order contents at a glance, reducing discrepancies and improving the accuracy of shipments.

This enhancement ensures that merchants and logistics partners have all relevant order details available when handling deliveries.

3. Shipping Area Now Visible on the Order Listing Page

To improve order visibility and tracking, we have added a Shipping Area column to the Order Listing Page.

• Merchants can now view the destination shipping area directly from the order list without opening each order individually.

• This enhancement improves workflow efficiency, allowing users to quickly assess order distribution and prioritize fulfillment accordingly.

This update reduces manual effort, helping merchants make faster and more informed logistics decisions.

4. Automated Inventory Sync on Product Creation

We have introduced a real-time inventory synchronization feature that ensures accurate stock levels between OMS and Shopify. This feature covers multiple scenarios:

Single Product Sync: When a product is created in OMS with a valid inventory value, and the same SKU is created in Shopify, the inventory will automatically sync.

Bulk Product Sync: The same synchronization logic applies to bulk product uploads, ensuring all inventory changes are reflected accurately.

Multi-Location Inventory Sync:

• If a product is assigned to a specific location, OMS will sync inventory only for that location in Shopify.

• If a product is available across all locations, the sync will ensure accurate stock updates across all Shopify locations.

Product Sync Configuration:

• This feature is enabled by default for all brands.

• If a brand prefers to disable automatic inventory syncing, it can do so by adding "no_variant_sync" in the productinfo section of the sales channel JSON configuration.

This feature ensures that inventory data remains accurate, up to date, and synchronized across platforms, reducing stock-related errors and improving fulfillment efficiency.
