Improvements

  1. PostEx Courier Configuration Enhancement – Portal Type Support (Omni)

We have introduced Portal Type selection in the PostEx courier configuration to ensure correct address code mapping and seamless Omni order booking.

What’s New

  • Added Portal Type dropdown in PostEx courier configuration:

    • Merchant Portal

    • Partner / Omni Portal

  • Based on the selected portal:

    • Merchant Portal → OMS sends Pickup Address Code

    • Partner / Omni Portal → OMS sends Store Address Code

Key Benefits

  • Enables automatic order booking for multiple stores under the Omni portal, even when stores have different locations.

  • Ensures orders are booked correctly on PostEx for each store’s respective address without manual intervention.

  • Eliminates booking failures caused by incorrect address code mapping.

2. Instant In-App Report Downloads

Users can now access and download reports directly within the app, without relying on email delivery.

  • Before: Reports in OMS were sent to users via email. Users had to check their inbox to access them.

  • After: Reports are no longer sent by email. Instead, users can:

    • Download reports instantly in CSV format

    • Receive notifications in OMS when reports are ready

    • See a badge count indicating the number of ready reports

    • Get alerts for long-running reports

Impact:
Faster access to data, better user experience, and no dependency on email delivery.
