Welcome to the XStak’s December 2024 Release Notes for OMS! We're excited to share with you the latest updates and enhancements to our product and services. This comprehensive overview will provide you with valuable insights into the new features and improvements we've implemented over the past month.

 

1. Sales Channel Segregation Filters

We’ve introduced a robust filtering feature to help you efficiently manage and analyze orders based on specific sales channels such as Daraz, Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce.

Feature Highlights:

  • Channel-Specific Order Management: Easily select a desired sales channel on the OMS interface to view and take action on orders specific to that channel.

  • Comprehensive Reporting: Generate and download reports tailored to individual sales channels, such as:

    • Order Lists

    • Pick Lists

    • Dispatch-Related Reports

    • Packaging Slips

This enhancement streamlines order management and dispatch processes, improving operational efficiency.

2. Express Delivery Feature

Our new Express Delivery feature allows merchants to dynamically manage both express and standard delivery options through real-time inventory synchronization across fulfillment locations.

How It Works:

  • Orders are fulfilled using express delivery if inventory is available at the designated express location.

  • When inventory at the express location is depleted, fulfillment seamlessly shifts to the standard delivery location.

  • Delivery modes (Express/Standard) are dynamically updated and visible on the website via product tags.

Business Use Case:
For example, if a product has inventory in both express and standard locations:

  • Express delivery is offered as long as inventory is available at the express location, and orders are fulfilled accordingly.

  • Once express inventory is exhausted, the system defaults to standard delivery, ensuring uninterrupted order fulfillment.

This feature provides merchants with greater flexibility in managing delivery options while maintaining operational efficiency.

3. Tags Management (Tags-Based Actions)

We’ve added a new Tags Management feature, enabling merchants to verify orders in OMS based on tags from their sales channels (e.g., Shopify).

Key Highlights:

  • Tags assigned to orders in Shopify automatically sync with OMS.

  • OMS uses these tags to verify and organize orders, simplifying the order verification process.

This functionality enhances operational control, improves workflow efficiency, and ensures seamless integration between Shopify and OMS.
