1. Billing Details Along with Shipping Details

Previously, merchants could only view shipping details in OMS. We’ve now introduced a dedicated Billing Details tab, allowing you to access both shipping and billing information directly from the front end. This enhancement provides a more comprehensive view of order details.

2. TCS V2 Integration Enhancement

We’ve upgraded our integration with TCS to include their latest APIs. This enhancement ensures smoother status tracking of orders, improving the accuracy and reliability of delivery updates.

3. Slotting Service Enhancements

Our slotting service has been improved to allow scheduling at the product level, rather than just the order level. You can now schedule delivery slots with more precision, including days, hours, and minutes, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in managing deliveries.

4. Delivery Promise Feature

To enhance express delivery services, we’ve introduced a new city-to-area mapping in our delivery promise feature. Merchants can now map specific areas within cities to ensure faster and more reliable delivery services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
