How to raise a ticket for support/report an issue for OE?
There are multiple way of reporting bugs or new features to us :
Report a bug / feature by writing email
Send an email to oe@shopdev.atlassian.net, write the details of bugs / features and hit send. You can also attach pictures or videos in attachments. This will automatically creates a ticket and we will be receiving your request. Please fins a sample email :
