  • Open Scheduled Notifications

  • Follow the Steps shown In the GIF below.


Change the flow of the In-Transit orders tab, so that UX can be improved. (Admin Portal)

  • Added a return order button along with return reason in the “In transit tab”

  • Added custom return reason in the Intransit orders tab

  • Return reason goes to customer as well via SMS and notification.

  • Added two tabs “returned orders and delivered orders” in the Orders tab on Admin


Change the flow of the “Awaiting Packing” tab, so that UX can be improved. (Admin Portal)

  1. The user is able to edit an order in awaiting packing tab.

  2. The user is able to add a product of the same location by editing an order.

  3. The user is able to increase and decrease the number of items in an order.

  4. The user is able to update the order.

  5. The user is able to print an Order.

  6. The user is able to reset the order.

  7. The user is able to cancel an order.

  8. The user is able to pack an order.

Supervisor - Feature in Consumer App

  • Create a Supervisor account from the admin portal, make sure that number was never registered as an End-user or Customer and is a valid Number. https://admin.hypr.pk

  • Add Locations on which this account has access to place orders on the user’s behalf.

  • Log in/sign in from the mobile application using Supervisor’s number.

  • Add something to the cart.

  • A Popup will appear, asking Enter the Customers number.

  • Add all the required Items.

  • At the checkout add the user's address and Complete the order.

Note: Only the cash on delivery option is available when placing an order on the behalf of the user.

How to log in as an end-user


I want to Block and Unblock the customers so that If the Company owner or Store Manager feels there is some malicious activity the end-user can be blocked.
