How to set Scheduled Notifications
Procedure
The company owner can set a notification with a customizable “message” as soon as the SLA level is breached that user will be notified.

Open Admin portal, Open Notification Center
Open Scheduled Notifications
Follow the Steps shown In the pictures below:

Select Create notification
Enter the required information

Select Submit
