• Create a Supervisor account from the admin portal, make sure that number was never registered as an End-user or Customer and is a valid Number.

  • Add Locations on which this account has access to place orders on the user’s behalf.

  • Log in/sign in from the mobile application using Supervisor’s number.

  • Add something to the cart

  • Add all the required Items

  • At the checkout add the user's address and Complete the order

Note: Only the cash on delivery option is available when placing an order on the behalf of the user.
