• Open Notification Centre from the sidebar.

  • Click on - Disable Default Notifications.

  • Go to - Create Config.

  • Select Company, Business Unit. and Cell.

  • You can disable Notifications at Company Level and Store Level.

  • Select Notification Event.

  • Select Notification Receiver against each Event.

  • You can select all notification receivers or also specify the packer, delivery person, and customer.

  • Then, click on - Submit.

Packer - Store Manager then accepts/cancel the order.

  • If accepted, the Customer gets SMS 📧 and notification as well - Order Accepted.

  • If cancelled, the Customer gets SMS 📧 and notification as well - Order Cancelled.

Packer Packs it from accepted orders.

  • The Customer gets SMS 📧 and notification as well.

  • Notification generated for Delivery App - All the riders in that location received that notification.

Delivery Boy then accepts/rejects the order.

  • If accepted, the Customer gets SMS 📧 and notification as well - Order Accepted.

  • If rejected, the Customer gets SMS 📧 and notification as well - Order Rejected.
