How to create Users through XAP- User Management

Log In to XAP using your credentials and click on User Management from the sidebar menu

Create a new user from the top right corner

Now select an app and role from the dropdown you want to create. Also, fill out all the relevant details and then click on submit button.

A new User will be created

Also, if you want to see the record of already created users, click on User Management > Select App > Select Role

Note: Apart from the packer and delivery role, if you create some user on a specific email ID, an email will be sent out to you for account activation along with acc Id mentioned in that email.

You can also reset your password by clicking on forgot password button.
