How to Block and Unblock the Customer
Open the Customers tab from the admin portal.
Select - Customer type.
You can search for the customer by Name or Phone number.
Click on - Edit.
Add the reason and then click on - Block.
You can also unblock the customer by clicking the Unblock button.
Note: If the customer is blocked by the company owner from the admin portal, the customer will be unable to add items to their carts or place orders.
